Being a developmental specialist and working for early intervention programs in the area for many years I often visit different daycares and schools, and work closely with their staff. In Fairy Tale I found, to my big surprise, everything that we, as professionals in early childhood development, are looking for and other daycares don't provide. Namely, the educational programs are age appropriate and are on a very high level. The teachers are not just nice and friendly but are also professional. This is the only child care were I found that the teachers use individual approach to the kids and tailor their programs according to the needs of every child. Undoubtedly, I would recommend this children's center to every parent.

Let me take the opportunity to let you know how much both Nora and I enjoy staff that care for Nora at Fairy Tale. I am so pleased with how they have encouraged her to learn and play. The transition was difficult for Nora at first but it was only a few weeks before she was happy to see the kids and staff. It gives me such a sense of peace to know that she is in good hands and that she feels safe and nurtured. She now looks forward to being there and has lots of opportunities for learning, fun and new activities. I LOVE being able to see the pictures of the kids on the website...it is really neat to see the things that Nora is doing during the day. This has been a wonderful experience for a new Mom and her precious girl. :) Thank you!

Elliot enjoys coming to Fairytale. He always speaks very positevely about his teachers and friends. Elliot absolutelly adores Tara and feels responsbile with Nadine. His teachers deligate responsibilities to Elliot and he feels very proud of their trust. We noticed a tremendous improvement in Elliots behavior and understanding of right from wrong. Also, Elliot receives great education from Fairytale Children's Center. We noticed that his writing, counting and vocabulary has gotten much better and stronger. Thank you for your diligence and great effort to educate our kids. We all truly appreciate your work!

It's so nice knowing that unlike other daycare providers, I can drop my child off as early as 7:30am and pick up as late as 6pm without the hassles of paying differing fees for early care, extended care, etc. Additionally, I don't have to spend my morning preparing lunch because not only are my children provided with a a wholesome lunch, but if necessary breakfast is also provided. My son especially loves the music class on Wednesdays and sings the songs to me on our trip home from daycare. The teachers are wonderful, experienced and loving. Each day, we bring home a beautiful and creative art project. I feel that FairyTales has been fully preparing my child for the public school system ever since he was an infant.

We are very happy with the work Nadine is doing with Lilah and the Pre-K class. She spends time individualizing the lesson plans for Lilah's needs, which is great and I believe to be unsusual for pre-k teachers. She is kind and loving, but does not let the class get out of control. We think she is great!

We LOVE the teachers in the infant class. Tonia and Shaylene are fantastic. Tonia is a total gem and we feel very lucky to have her in our corner. She takes excellent care of Reece and the other babies and, as a first time mom, she gives me pieces of advice like, "I think Reece is ready to try water in a sippy cup" or, "Reece is definitely teething, you should buy him some cold teething toys." We appreciate her insights, as she is clearly an expert here. Shay is great with the babies too and Reece is all smiles when he sees her. The facility is beautiful, brand new and has great toys. I think Reece prefers their toys to the ones he has at home :) Tonia will ask you what your baby's schedule is and she will stick to that. They feed, nap and change the babies as often as necessary. One concern I had going into this was that they would let the babies cry while tending to other babies. I can tell you that they don't like crying babies even more than we don't like it! "Crying is contagious", so they nip it in the bud as quickly as possible. I love all the activities they do with Reece. He paints and makes crafts and I came in the other day and found out they got to play with shaving cream - which he loved the texture of! They go outside everyday, at least once, unless it is raining. In fact, I live in the area and ran into Tonia and Shay taking all the kids for a walk on a day that I was working from home - so I got to see it happen! They were walking to a local park. As far as cleanliness, I see staff wearing gloves when changing diapers. I know they wash the pacifiers and, Tonia even told me she took some home and boiled them for me when I left them there. I am a big fan of this Center and my baby seems to be thriving there as well!

My daughter has been going to Fairytale Children's Center since she was six months old and she has had the best experience with her teachers and all of her friends. Lately, when we pull up to the building, she says "home" and I have to remind her that this is school, not home!! :)
